Brian formed Tax & Capital Management 360 bringing experience from a variety of financial disciplines being a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner™, and through acquiring tax and financial advisory practices.  As a holder of both a CPA and CFP®, he holds a distinction that only 3% of all financial advisors receive.  Brian provides tax, investment, and comprehensive financial planning services for individuals nationally while offering clients objective and informed financial guidance with a unique tax planning focus. TCM 360 has offices in San Diego, CA and Vancouver, WA. Brian's passion for the industry stems from his experience on how financial matters can be to impacting lives.

Brian graduated with a B.S. from Marquette University and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University with a focus in tax and financial planning. He is credentialed as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In addition, he has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. The designation signifies knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care when managing assets of others. He completed leadership development for fiduciary investment professionals at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, NY.  He has completed accredited programs through the Wharton School of Business that include investment strategies, portfolio management, and client psychology.

Brian is a National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Registered Player Financial Advisor.  The NFLPA Financial Advisor Program, the first of its kind in professional sports, gives players access to financial advisors who have gone through a thorough review and qualification process by the NFLPA.**  He provided financial counsel at Revolving Mind Media's Beyond the Game for current and former NFL players. 

Brian is a past board member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Marquette University Finance Alumni Network, and has served as mentor to Fellows at The Honor Foundation. He was a financial planning instructor in San Diego and an advisor to Washington State University's Business Growth Program providing professional expertise to student teams and coaching small business owners on strategies for starting or growing a company. He has twice been featured as the financial planner in the San Diego Union Tribune's, "Money Makeover."  Medical Economics and LeverageRX have listed Brian on their “Best Financial Advisers for Doctors” list.*     

Brian is a registered representative with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. He holds the series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities registrations.

Brian and his wife, Courtney, are proud parents of their daughters, Emerson and Quinn. During his spare time, Brian is an avid endurance athlete.
